The Jefferson from Best Barns is a 2 story model which can be used as a single car garage, large storage building or perhaps a workshop. The garage door is not included, which allows the homeowner to purchase the size, style and color of their choice. The 16ft wide Jefferson provides 2 floors of unobstructed space without interior walls or supports required. The loft area offers 7’1” of headroom at center with plenty of room for storage , right to the outside walls. Included are insulated windows and 9-lite 32 in. walk in door can be installed on any wall for additional access. Floor is not included, and shingles and paint purchased by homeowner.
