  1. How much are the shipping/handling fees?
    We are happy to offer free shipping on every order that is within the CONTIGUOUS 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii & other U.S. Territories excluded). There are no hidden charges/rates other. We are happy to accommodate you if you are ordering outside of the 48 CONTIGUOUS states, please email/call us for a quote! We are dedicated to present the lowest prices on the internet!

    2. How do I place my order online?
    Your order can be completed online by selecting the item you would like to purchase by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Want to order more than one item? No problem! Simply click the “Keep Shopping” button and repeat the first step to select your second/third/fourth etc. items! Your order information will be placed in a secure server requesting your 100% always confidential shipping/billing addresses and credit card information. Your order is run through our system and processed instantly! The secure server we use protects and encrypts your shipping and credit card number with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. Your privacy and security is our absolute #1 priority!

    3. I do not wish to order online. Can I order by phone/eMail?
    We are always accommodating to our customers! If you are not contented with using our super-secure online ordering system, please feel free to order by phone/email.   1. How many ways can I pay for my order? accepts four major credit cards! Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Paying by credit card? Your card will be instantly charged when your order is confirmed!
  1. Does charge sales tax? does not tax outside of New York State. We will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped within New York State. In the NY area, sales tax is 8.65% and this will be additional to your sub-total. Tax Exempt Organizations must fax resale certificates after placing your order.

    7. What is the 30-Day Price Guaranteed and how does it work?
    We are poised that you will find our prices to be the lowest on the internet. But if you happen to find a lower price somewhere else, we will beat any price available online in the USA for the same exact item with the identical model number you purchased. The product must be new and unopened and it must be currently in stock and ready to ship immediately. Auction sites do not qualify under the price guarantee, nor do classified ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on Craigslist or eBay. Limit one item number per customer. Our Price Guarantee is applicable to online orders/items only. Should an authorized Internet retailer list an item at a lower price in their store or in a print, they must also have that item online in order to qualify. We will provide a credit of the price differential + $1. The price we are matching will be established by calculating all costs of shipping/handling. All requests should be emailed/faxed with a copy of the advertisement and attached with your order number. reserves the right to review & verify the validity of the advertised price. Our 30-Day Price Guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.

8. What is’s refund/exchange/return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original package within 14 Days for an exchange and/or a refund. The 14 days begins from the day delivery was made. Refunds are less the shipping charges to the ship to address and less to the return to address (Two shipping rates will be charged.) If free shipping was offered our actual shipping costs will be charged to and from the ship to address. To return an item just email or call us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #). There will be a 30% restocking fee on all Gazebos.

  1. What happens if my Gazebo is damaged during shipment?
    Please make sure you check for and take note of any damaged parts listed on the bill of lading form provided by the trucking company. Almost all problems can be solved by us sending a replacement piece at our disbursement. Due to the nature of the product, we require that you allow us every reasonable opportunity to repair the product first. Due to the metal building composition, bumps and dents may occur.

    10. What is’s policy of cancellation?
    Any order that has not been shipped from our warehouse may be cancelled. A cancellation number regarding the cancellation will be issued via email. Orders that are not cancelled and orders that are refused by a customer at delivery, are to pay for’s actual shipping fees to and from the shipping address along with a 30% restocking fee. If free shipping was offered our actual shipping costs apply. Please see FAQ #8: “What is’s refund/exchange/return policy?".

    11. How long will it take to receive my order?
    We ship with common carriers for most of our Gazebos. Orders with more than one item that qualify will ship together via Truck. Please note that most common carriers delivers curbside & you should have your own help available when the truck arrives to bring your order to your assembly location. Please search your order for damages before signing and accepting. Once delivered with signed confirmation of acceptance is not held liable for any further damages to your gazebo.                                                                                                                                                                                                   Delivery to door is available for an additional charge. In-stock items usually ship out of our warehouse in 7-10 days. We are not responsible for manufacturer/transportation response time that may cause a postponement in receiving your Gazebo. Delivery time may differ from what is stated on our website. Arrival times may differ based upon the shipping carrier and their proximity to your city in the USA. When placing your order, we will let you know shortly after if this item is out-of-stock. In the event this takes place, we will offer an estimated date when the item will be in stock.

    12. What about delivery confirmation?
    Once your order is processed, with the email you’ve placed your order with you will be emailed with a tracking number for your order. Once you receive this tracking number you can look at where your gazebo is every step of the way! Tracking numbers may take some time to activate. Please allow 24 hours for the number to process as some information may not show instantaneously.

    13. Does ship internationally?
    Shipping is offered to many different international regions all-throughout via UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited Service. Please contact us for shipping quotes via phone/eMail. Credit cards may be refused when attempting to place international orders. Placing international orders may require payment through a certified check or money order payable in U.S currency.

    14. Will my item look exactly like the picture? makes constant efforts to provide high-quality pictures and descriptions to help better your understanding of the product and how it will look when you receive it!
