Pre-primed Siding:
(Louisiana Pacific) Smartside exterior siding will need some cutting for a made to fit section. Smartside is factory primed and is 3/8" thick with vertical grooves. Siding is treated with Compositor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage and backed with a 50 year limited warranty

Garage Loft Features:

• Loft Storage: Full Loft 4'-3" H x 8' W x 16' L 2nd floor loft area with 4 ft. wide access opening in the center.
